Greetings to all Haru2subS supporters!
We would like to update everyone on what our team is currently busy with. And at the same time give our biggest and greatest thank you to everyone who had supported us and still supports us in the past few days, weeks, months. Let me start off with some updates on what the team is currently busy with. For everyone’s information, our team is not only busy with our two projects, Coffee House & The Influence, we are currently cooking up projects that we’re sure that everyone will find it as a delight.
Our team is busy with a 16 episode drama project which had aired years ago, and still has no subtitles available on the internet which is quite amusing and entertaining as well. We’ll be releasing the first episode very very soon and will try to be as quick as possible, but as always, our priority will be the quality, then the status of the project will be placed on the subtitle status page for everyone’s information. The drama’s title will not be revealed first to avoid too much demands and pressure. Then, a small batch of people in our team are currently prepping up a one-episode special variety episode which has been so fun to watch and we couldn’t leave it un-subbed. We’ll leave the guessing to you on what show it is and who the guest is. Then finally, we’ll be working on soon [in about a week from now] a long drama, which will be our side project for the time being, which is fun and quirky and softsubs for the drama will soon be available. All three projects will be revealed on the proper time. Like what we always say, very very soon!
Let me make this announcement also, that we are temporarily closing our applications for the position of Timers & Editors, because of the current number of people we now have. We are only recruiting for the time being, translators (Chinese & Korean) that can help us with full translating and spot translating as well. Also, I hope everyone would avoid watching our subs from sites which streams our subs illegally! Watch them only through downloading our by legal means through dramafever.
Now, I would like to give my thank you to everyone who had supported us, this website ever since it was started! We are also trying to develop a new and improved Haru2subS.com very very soon as we reach the first year our website has started. Plus, a tremendous thank you to everyone who had supported us in all of our projects, totaling 17 completed projects. Our site hits has been improving every month because of you guys! Then we’re proud to say that our Facebook fanpage had reached 2,000 fans already! And 400 more on our Twitter account to reach 2,000! We will soon bring you more projects, a thank-you contests to show our token of appreciation. We hope that everyone’s support will still be there! A big thank you to everyone and more blessed [haru] days to come for everyone!

I believe that withs2 is doing subs for the KBS Drama Specials – whether they do this one or not, I’m not too sure. Perhaps ask @ their website. – leesja

heyyy haru haru subs! congrats for your 1st anniversary,, I haven’t download from this web yet, but I know you guys did such a great work..I hope you can do softsubs for korean shows like win win, kje or anything..I think many fans will excited about that too..I want to join subbing team to help international fans, unfortunatelly I don’t understand korean and still in progress in learning it..well, I’m waiting for korean shows softsubs ^______________^ hope, someday it’ll cometrue..

@ poheijo…. I have directed your question to our email – http://www.haru2sub@gmail.com but, as a fellow ‘ahjumma’ it’s not that difficult, you really only need the following…
1. a video player – there are a number out there VLC, gom, mediaplayer, quicktime, etc – google/search for a video player & download one suitable for your computer (either PC or MAC). With a PC you may need to download one additional piece of software – a “codec” – see http://d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic_59952.htm
2. Once you have that, you’re set to download the video from any number of sites. Suggested direct download sites are provided in our sub title threads for the drama you wish to watch – e.g. for Coffee House…
direct of videos are avaliable at: AJA-AJA / Am-ADDICTION / Cashewmania.
(For torrents i.e ‘peer-to-peer’ downloads, there are a few more steps involved & d-addicts.com has a wonderful help/how to section for you if you wish to download via torrent – see http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic_15864.htm.)
and lastly, 3. you download the English sub titles here – by clicking on the sub link – and when you ‘save’ the file, name it EXACTLY as the video file e.g. if your video file is Coffee.House.ep01.avi then your sub file should be Coffee.House.ep01.srt.
Once you have the video software on your computer, it’s only a couple of steps to watch your favourite drama – just open your video file & enjoy.
