We would like to express our gratitude to all of you who have been waiting patiently for the release of our subtitles to enjoy their favourite Kdramas with. We are very thankful for the continuous support with which we were able to complete 25 projects successfully. As many of you who have waited to watch Daemul with our high quality English subtitles, the release of the subtitles has slowed down tremendously and we have received questions whether we have dropped this drama. The following decision was a tough one for the admin board to come to and we hope that you’ll give it your full understanding.
This is the first time we won’t be able to finish subbing a drama until the very end, but we decided to release the subtitles for Daemul up till episode 12 and release the subtitles for Sign up till episode 10. You’ll be able to find the rest of the subtitles for Daemul on CTS’s site (not further edited), which will be listed below the subtitles already realeased by Haru2subS. We hope you’ll understand our decision as we wish the best for both dramas. Sadly, right now we really lack the manpower, and considering the difficulty of the dramas’ medical terminology and political terms, this sought out decision, at this point in time, we feel is for the best.
We will soon release Episode 12 of Daemul and Episodes 1-10 of Sign.

It’s a good decision on your part to drop the series and concentrate only on one or two dramas at a time. That way you can make sure that you will be able to finish the dramas chosen until the end. Darksmurf subs aren’t too bad..if you’re desperate:) Anyway, thank you for letting us know. I just have to wait with baited breath for 2 dramas now instead of 4:)

yes – i am sad since i like SIGN very much, and i was willing to wait. as for the viewers – i know the feeling as well – just like when we were running out of subtitle sources for SKKS and we had to form a subbing team within the forum – for me this is my last resort of a good quality sub because i was waiting for the terminology.
in any case – good luck to your subbing team! as soon as i have a much more stable internet access, i’ll offer a hand in timing.

I understand you, but still can’t help but feel upset about it. I’ve got no problem waiting even longer if it means I’ll get to see HQ subtitles so maybe don’t drop it, but instead put it on hold till someone wishes to take it on again? If not, too bad, still will support you guys.

Wouldn’t it be better if you asked for help to another subbing squad, in order to finish them ? Maybe WITHS2 could help you guys, or another good subbing squad.

We are a small subbing squad and even if we strongly wish to finish these dramas, we are just unable to do so. Also, we really appreciate your feedback on the matter, it means a lot to us as an outside opinion. But you shouldn’t be prejudiced against CTS’s subtitles – their releases for Sign are exceptionally good, so do not hesitate to check them out. This decision was really hard to come to, so please be understanding. Thanks again for the support!

I was really eager to watch Sign with your subs, and not with CTS which are note fully reliable. I’m truly disappointed because you guys started the drama, u guys knew it was gonna be difficult, but you abandonned !

You guys are thinking of taking a new drama, which is good, but for that, u’re giving up on 2 other dramas u’ve been working on for months ? No, that can’t be, this is really so unprofessionnal of you.
You were one of my fave english squad, subbing for quality and not for fast, but now, I don’t know, I’m truly disappointed. You send us to see difficult dramas like Sign and Dae Mul to CTS, why would we follow you with easy dramas that they will sub faster and maybe as good ? You guys should have shown that you were different, but actually I don’t think you guys are subbing for the right reason…
That being said, I wish luck for the future, but as for myself who was waiting since January for Sign without saying anything, I think it’s the last straw for me.

You should ty to look at the subs of Sign in CTS first be4 you judge it. Make sure the bar of completion up to QC points are 100% only you can be sure that it is of high quality subs.
However I can’t say the same about Daemul. I’m also one of the fans who are waiting for the subs since last year. but CTS quality really dissapoint on that drama. Hopefully Haru2 could recruit member fast and rethink on continuing the subs. Thanx for the previous fanworks.
